New faces, new places…
We had our out of office planning meeting today for the 2010 ministry schedule. We reserved a room at Starbucks and spent a few hours brainstorming and kicking around ideas for all we have coming up.
It reinforced the idea that, new faces and new places fuel creativity. Getting out of the routine and comfortable gives us fresh perspective.
Being able to see things with a fresh set of eyes is the key to being able to effectively navigate the future.
